An annual report that owners of  multiple dwellings with 3 or more units must file with HPD disclosing the number of dwelling units infested with bed bugs, treated for bed bugs, and those that remained infested during the previous year. The report is due annually by December 31 and helps HPD track bed bug activity across the city.
